Times and styles change, and at House of Praise we don’t think church should feel like you’re stuck in a time warp. The evolution in the Sunday morning worship experience at House of Praise has taken a giant step into the future with the introduction of multiple worship venues. * (See philosophy of multiple worship experiences or venues below.)

As “One Church with Multiple Venues,” House of Praise meets in various onsite settings with a future vision for multiple campuses. Our multiple venue, multiple site approach is a “church without walls” vision. Zech. 2:3-4

While the musical and creative worship experience in each venue is distinctly different, the commitment to relevant, biblical teaching remains steadfast.

People are finding that church can be interesting, friendly, spiritually relevant, and dare we say it? Fun!

Philosophy of Multiple Worship Experiences

Worship is a very personal thing between an individual and God. Worship is a person expressing their love, adoration and praise for who He is. Since we are diverse in our creation and make up, it is only natural that our worship will be expressed in different ways and styles. The Bible says worship to the Father must be “…in spirit and in truth.” First and foremost it must be scripturally true. Secondly, it should be true to who we are in Him and be from our heart and soul. David said, “…bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me...”

HOP’s multiple worship experiences or venues are built around “mindsets” or “styles” of expression, which allows for differing personalities to be free to express a heart-felt worship to God with other like-minded believers. It is not a multiplicity of theologies; but rather a multiplicity of expressions.
